Cotillion season is upon us in Dallas and other parts of the country. We’ve rounded up DoSayGive-approved dresses and shoes!
Cotillion is a series of etiquette classes that give middle schoolers a chance to practice manners and socialization. Southerners have been known to subject their unenthused pre-teens to this tradition for generations;).
As I’ve said many times before, parents shouldn’t wait or rely cotillion to teach children all the manners they will need to live a gracious and civil existence. (See our recent children’s manners series for more on that.) But I’m all for a rite of passage like cotillion that encourages and fine tunes the manners I’ve been teaching my girls for years.
Each cotillion has different dress and shoe requirements so we’ve rounded up a variety of styles, prices, and sizing )(up to girls size 16!). However, make sure to check the requirements of your cotillion first!
