One piece swimsuits and tankinis don’t have to be boring. I’ve gathered some of my favorite swimsuit brands and styles (both high and low options) that are both cute and functional – so perfect for moms like me!
I love a pretty one-piece, especially when having to chase a toddler around. Before our beach trip over Spring Break, I picked out this Draper James One-Piece that is part of their Helen Jon x Draper James collection. It is so flattering with the ruffle detail. Definitely don’t miss the other swimsuits in the collection like this gorgeous tankini and this strapless suit. The suits are pricey but are so well-made and so well-fitting. I posted a sale last weekend and will update y’all of any future sales so make sure you are subscribed to DoSayGive emails.
Also, I have received so many questions about these Neely Phelan shell earrings that I wore nearly everyday at the beach. They are perfect for summer and make a great gift for a friend or sister!
J. Crew consistently has great swimsuits. This gingham ruffle swimsuit is perfect for all ofsummer’s patriotic festivities. The scoop back is so fun and doesn’t go too low. (Note : sizing is more generous than most swimsuit brands.) I also like this Striped Bandeau swimsuit with its fun cross-back and the adorable rickrack on this one.
Can you believe this colorful suit is a tankini? The fit is flattering and it graciously provides a little boost in the chest area (for which I am so grateful!). This ruffle strapless tankini is from Lilly Pulitzer as is my white coverup. Shop a similar white coverup for less here.
Rash-guards are a must these days and Cabana Life is definitely my go-to for rash-guards for the entire family. I took this rashguard to the beach and wore over this two-piece swimsuit but also wore it over jean shorts to go to a casual lunch. Cabana Life is always coming out with cute new patterns for their suits including coordinating swimsuits for daughters. Use code DOSAYGIVE20 for 20% off your order on Cabana Life.
Target does it again with their black swimsuit selection. This black crochet off the shoulder suit looks way more expensive than it is. I also love this flattering black one-piece. Trina Turk is known for her ruffle off the shoulder swimsuits that are so cute but tend to be pricey. I found this dupe that is under $20 that looks nearly identical! Another trend in swimwear is scallops, like this swimsuit that is north of $300. But this one is under $20 and has the same scallops on the edges that are so cute!
Visor is from Target, too!
