Everyone loves a top 10 list, myself included. As the dust has settled after the busy holiday season, I wanted to share my own personal top 10 list — the 10 things I purchased and loved most from 2023. I enjoy reading what makeup, Amazon finds and other items people have discovered so thought I would share mine!
1. Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Matte Bronzer
I don’t think it’s new but perhaps the size is. I love this Airbrush Flawless Bronzer for everyday wear and love the big size. Most bronzers are too dark for me and their lightest shade gives my fair skin a little bit of “sun.” It’s great in the colder months to add a little color, and also perfect for wearing in the summertime to enhance a glow. I wear the color ‘Natural Soft Bronze,’ and have loved this brush, too.
2. Tuckernuck Snap-Neck Pullover
My love of Tuckernuck is well documented on DoSayGive, and this darling pullover is yet another favorite item that I’ve been wearing nonstop. It combines the comfort of a sweatshirt with the look of a chic sweater — I wear it with leggings, with jeans, and it would also look so cute styled with a tennis skirt!
3. Amazon Jewelry Box
I love a good Amazon find! This jewelry box works wonders for both organization and saving space. I love all the compartments and drawers, and also how nice it looks out on my dresser. Jewelry boxes can certainly be expensive, but this one is under $50!
4. Anna Jarrell Custom Art
Artist Anna Jarrell created a painting of my youngest daughter, and it is something I cherish every day when I see it. You will never regret the photo session, portraits, or paintings — capturing your children so young and having a snapshot of that moment in time.
5. Amazon Sweater Lounge Set
Thank goodness for whoever decided that lounge sets were “in!” I wear this 2-piece Amazon set as pajamas and don’t feel bad hopping in the morning carpool line while wearing them. The sweater material feels high-end, and this set comes in so many colors — I tend to opt for classic colors like black, navy, or neutral, but it would be fun to grab a set in a bright color for spring!
6. Colleen Rothschild Illuminating Tinted Eye Cream
No gatekeeping here — this product is a must-have for helping with dark circles and fine lines. I put this on before concealer and you’d be surprised what a difference it makes in toning down darkness. The pink shade helps offset my dark circles. Perfect for anyone with a busy schedule, or who wants to look refreshed and as if you’ve gotten a full 8 hours of sleep! P. S. I also use this Colleen Rothschild product daily.
7. Amazon Flameless Candles
These are a great alternative to the Pottery Barn Flameless Candles (which I also love). But for $20 for a set of 9, this is a better price if you need a lot for parties, hosting, or decor. I recently bought these flameless candles and filled lanterns with the different sizes for a party for my teen — they looked so pretty and really did add to the ambiance!
8. Pura Smart Fragrance Diffuser
The other day, we shared 6 Simple Ways to Elevate Your Home — and this Pura Diffuser makes a big impact in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Not only does it smell nice, but you can adjust the amount of scent you want so it can be very light. There are so many scents to choose from (including NEST fragrances, another favorite of mine!), and you can add to any room or bathroom. I like the NEST Bamboo and Pura Pacific Aqua scents but there are so many others.
9. Thymes Fabric Spray
If spring cleaning is on your mind, then this Thymes Fabric Spray is a must! Under $20, you just spray it on linens or rugs that get a lot of use or are in need of a little TLC and it helps deodorize while neutralizing unwanted odors. If you have children (young ones all the way through teens) or pets — be sure you add to cart immediately!

10. Le Creuset Cast Iron Bread Oven
When it comes to the creme de la creme of kitchenware, Le Creuset is at the very top. While certainly an investment, Le Creuset items will last a lifetime! I love this Cast Iron Bread Oven — in fact, I talked about what a great hostess gift it would be around Christmastime — and it’s definitely something to consider adding to your own kitchen arsenal or gifting to a loved one who loves to bake. This recipe is delicious and you’ll never want to go back to store bought again after trying!
