The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opens today to ICON cardholders. We’ll have our detailed master roundups on Friday, when the sale will open to Ambassador cardholders, but today we are rounding up of the 10 things we think will sell out during Early Access. So whenever you get access to the sale, you might want to shop these things first! So many of them make great gifts, too!
For those that don’t have a Nordstrom cardholder we are sharing things on sale NOW that you don’t need a card to buy. Yay!
Our predictions are based on last year’s sales. We never know Nordstrom’s inventory levels. Several years ago Nordstrom would often “restock” sold out items when Public Access opened but that really hasn’t happened the past few years.
Tip: you can save items to your “wishlist” for easy shopping when you get access to the sale! Things you might want to save:
1. Barefoot Dreams Circle Cardigan and Blankets
I have two of these cozy cardigans! I wear mine everyday at home, even in the summer. Last year the smaller sizes sold out during Early Access. These make great Christmas gifts!
I was surprised last year that these cozy blankets sold out during Early Access last year. They were flying off the shelves in store so I can imagine with everyone being home so much more this year all the cozy items for home will sell quickly again. I love this one and this one!
2. Adidas Ultraboost
The sneaker game during the Nordstrom Sale is on point and they include Ultraboost for women and men! Nike Swift Run will also go quickly.
3. Free People Tops
Free People is a shopper favorite year after year so these items always go fast! Pick up this tunic and this sweater for fall and winter!
4. Bobbi Brown Makeup Set
The value beauty sets always do well in the Nordstrom sale especially sets like these in which you have a little bit of everything. This Bobbi Brown set is $79 but a $250 value! Great gift, great for teens, and travel. I got the one last year and used it so much!
5. Faux-Leather Leggings
Spanx and Commando leggings are in the sale. (I like Spanx better but it’s a personal preference.) Not sure if they will restock so if you want some for fall, now is the time to buy!
6. Patagonia and The North Face Fleeces and Parkas
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale shoppers plan ahead and they’d rather buy things they are going to purchase anyway – but on sale. Including jackets and coats for the whole family. This year there are so many great Patagonia and The North Face jackets and fleeces for women, men, and children. Sizes sell quickly.
7. Classic Rayban Wayfarers
We couldn’t find these Ray Bans for this price anywhere right now.
8. Clare V. Bag
How gorgeous is this leopard tote? I predict it will go fast – great for work and travel!
9. Barbour Jackets
These always tend to go fast. The classic coats from Barbour always do really well. I love this new quilted jacket and am eyeing this blue raincoat! Don’t forget about Barbour men’s coats!
10. On Sneakers
New this year to the sale for both men and women! Because of that, this “it” sneaker will probably sell out sooner rather than later.
No Nordstrom Card? No Problem!
We found so many great items that can be worn now and into fall already on sale! Including these like car seats (the one I have) and boots!
