Every year it seems like gift wrapping gets cuter and cuter. There are so many options and so many great destinations for wrapping paper. Today we’ve rounded up inspiration for gift wrapping capsule ideas, including our favorite wrapping paper and some great gift wrapping tools!
Gift Wrapping Tools
Before we get to the paper, let’s talk about the tools. Make sure you have what you need, in one place, so you aren’t constantly searching for more tape or another pair of scissors.
A double-sided tape set (yes, double-sided tape!) is sometimes easier than using a flimsy disposable tape dispenser. Plus, this set comes with 6 rolls of double-sided tape. When taping wrapping paper with double-sided tape, pull the wrapping paper over the double-sided tape. You’ll never see a trace of tape on your gifts!
They may not be the most beautiful, but in terms of cutting paper and ribbon, these scissors are magic. Another hack: This bone folder creates the most beautiful and crisp folds, making it easier to wrap your gifts. We also love this wrapping paper cutter.
Rosanne Beck Wrapping Paper and Tags
We can’t say enough about Rosanne Beck’s watercolor designs — to call them beautiful doesn’t even begin to do them justice! They are so stunning in person! Her Christmas collection is full of everything you want in holiday wrapping paper: Color, nostalgia, whimsy, and classic colors that look perfect under any tree. We love the Chinoiserie Nutcracker collection (with the cutest gift tags and gift stickers to match!) as well as the darling Santa collection that comes in both pink and blue. Our biggest tip for gift wrapping is don’t wait until Christmas Eve! Either wrap as you buy or break up over a few days earlier in the season. Which also means you need to go ahead and buy your gifts!
