It’s been a week of parties for us with birthday parties and my husband’s company holiday party. And tonight we’re hosting our Christmas supper club. But after a long week I’m all about being comfortable. In fact, I’m wearing jeans and a festive top from Walmart!

We’ve been getting together with our Supper Club group for many years. We actually started it when our children grew out of their little playgroup. To think our now 7th graders were once all toddling around together while we sipped coffee.
Now the adults sip wine!
My husband has been brainstorming up a menu for weeks. (I cook, but he’s a gourmet cook!) A friend is bringing ingredients for a festive Yuletide drink. And I ordered two “Father Christmas” peppermint ice cream pies. Basically during this full month I made hosting 12 people as easy as possible. Ha! I’ll have to share it all on my Instagram stories.
I love when I can get away with wearing a dressy top and denim to a holiday party. Walmart Fashion has so many festive tops from their new Scoop line. I love this deep blue silky too but also might wear this black top. I’ve also raved about these jeans so much! Pair with a pair of bow heels and some festive earrings and you’re ready to party!
