Can you believe that five years ago this summer I wrote my very first blog post? I had a vision for DoSayGive to become a place where people could discover ways to be lovely and gracious in everything they do, say and give. Thanks to incredible support from readers like you, we have done just that with DoSayGive now a full-fledged lifestyle destination. To celebrate, we have launched our very own DoSayGive Boutique with exclusively curated gifts. And are giving away a $500 Amex gift card to shop it!
Today I am sharing the story story behind the special gifts in our new boutique plus how to enter the giveaway!
My goal with the DoSayGive Gift Shop was to create beautiful, meaningful gifts that you can’t find anywhere else. So over the past six months we’ve been working with some of my favorite small brands to create these special, heirloom inspired gifts you will want to give to your loved ones and dear friends.

Inspired by my love for classic children’s books, we’ve partnered with To & From Gifts to create two gift boxes perfect for a baby shower gift or new baby. The “Some Bunny Loves You” box includes three of my favorite classic baby books about bunnies and other bunny-inspired baby gifts. It’s perfect for boy or girl and bound to be a gift any new or expecting mom would treasure.
The “My First Rodeo” box includes knitted baby boots, a horse stuffed animal and the cutest cowboy board book ever. P.S. Theses boxes are so beautiful they can be used to store childhood keepsakes for years to come.
One of the most searched items on our Holiday Gift Guide is a baby’s first ornament. Finding just the perfect one has been difficult to me, so I commissioned one from artist Tricia Lowenfield! I have featured Tricia’s special, European folk-inspired gifts many times on DoSayGive and am absolutely thrilled with how our “Baby’s 1st Christmas” bell ornament for boys and girls turned out! Not only can it can be personalized with your special date and name, but it has the perfect little ring to it!
My grandparents gave my mom a 14K gold bow ring in high school and she still wears it to this day. My goal was to create something reminiscent that was as dainty as hers and inspired by DoSayGive’s bow logo. Both pieces are timeless and can be worn everyday. They also look great stacked with other pieces.
So I’m thrilled to partner with Shop leMel to create a 14K gold bracelet and necklace.Both pieces are a great price point and perfect for birthday, anniversary or graduation gifts.
Even more exciting, we have made them “Mommy and Me” bracelets and necklaces for little girls! I often receive questions from moms looking for a special gift for a confirmation or birthday so we created size different size options in these sweet pieces. The 14″ necklace is perfect to grow with little girls and the bracelet has two rings to adjust for size.
Frances Rose Boutqiue has been one of my favorite sources for beautiful classic children’s clothing for years. I knew they were the perfect company to recreate the day gown my grandmother made for my girls (that they all wore home from the hospital). This is the day gown that looks so similar to the one my girls wore.
Not everyone can sew, or has the time, so we wanted to offer exquisite, handmade pieces that will become treasured heirlooms in your family. This piece has the most beautiful details and comes in a variety of colors. Perfect to give to your grandchildren, godchildren, or your own child!
Each item is made to order with the batiste fabric and mother-of-pearl buttons and will be shipped in a beautiful gift box wrapped with double-faced satin ribbon. We have items for both boys and girls and there is more to come!
The heart of DoSayGive is loving others through our actions, words, and gifts (Do, Say, Give!) during the good times in life but also the difficult ones. My hope was to create an encouraging gift to send to friends who are in the valleys of life.
Oliver and Hooper Paper brought my vision to life with these “Truth: For the Hard Places” Scripture cards. These are the very verses that have given me hope during hard times in my life. They are laminated and on a ring so easy (and sanitary) to transport to the hospital or NICU or just keep in your car for daily encouragement.
If you’ve been keeping up with DoSayGive’s Classic Children’s Book Club, you may have seen these adorable Library Totes we offered to our members. I am excited to offer them to everyone! This burlap tote filled with some of my favorite classic children’s books would make an incredible baby shower or first birthday gift. It is a meaningful gift that gives back as well as $5 from every tote will go toward High Risk Hope.
