Back to School Play Clothes and Athletic Wear with Walmart

I am always on the hunt for everyday play clothes and athletic wear for my girls that are a) not terribly expensive (so that I don’t have to worry about them getting messed up!) and b) still cute and tasteful! It can be hard to find causal clothes that aren’t covered in tons of loud graphics and patterns, but I have found so many great budget-friendly items this summer with Walmart Kids Fashion. It’s pretty much what Louise wore during the day during our recent Colorado vacation where the temps were a lot cooler – and will be perfect for fall as well. 

These leggings were perfect for the cooler weather and being outside. At the low price point, I wasn’t stressing over a little dirt 🙂

And y’all how darling are these sweet animal backpacks that are shockingly under $10 but look like a much more pricier brand. I snagged a fun unicorn one for Louise and this one and this one are so cute too if you are a boy mom. JanSport backpacks are always a hit among older kids, too! 

I was also so happy to find that Walmart is carrying one of my favorite brands of leotards– perfect for dance class starting up this fall. For my older daughter who participates in sports at school, this, this and this top will perfect for her to wear for practice. This pair of tennis shoes also comes in a velcro option for younger children.
