Patriotic Table Setting for July Fourth | Do Say Give

An Easy & Very Patriotic July 4th Table!

Entertaining

July 4th Table Ideas

Independence Day is just around the corner and I am always one for easy decor — especially for cookouts and poolside celebrations. Today we are sharing a table that’s easy to recreate with pieces you already have at home, or perhaps you want to start collecting for future entertaining. The pieces in this post are ones I’ve had for years and still love them so much!

There are a few staple summer pieces that I use every summer — like my Serena & Lily Cayman glasses and pitcher, for example. They are a bit pricey but hold up year after year! You can also find budget-friendly options here. I also have a few sets of rattan chargers that I break out for summer entertaining (budget-friendly chargers here). These are pieces that pay off tenfold because you use them so much if you entertain…or just use at dinner time with family (which we do!).

Another entertaining staple for me is this vase from Mark and Graham. I have three and use them ALL THE TIME. When you have multiple of a vase or pitcher, it helps for symmetry when setting a long table or multiple round tables. For this tablescape in particular, I filed each vase with red, white, and blue flowers from Trader Joe’s.

If you have some entertaining staples like these, then it’s easy to add in inexpensive plates and napkins to brighten up your patriotic table. This roll of striped paper on Amazon makes a perfect table runner (and you can also use it to wrap gifts!). Add in some watermelon napkins and gingham plates with some Dollar Store patriotic finds, and you’ve got the perfect Americana table!
