My Favorite Summer OOTD (at The Hub 30A!)

Sharing the cutoff jeans and white tee that I will wear often this summer, shot on location at our new favorite place on 30A!

A few weeks ago I wrote a travel guide for the 30A area of Florida. But I realized I needed to devote an entire post to The Hub 30A, a genius concept in family dining and entertainment. (Plus, our photographer, Katrice Howell, took so many cute shots!).

If you are headed down to this are of the gulf coast of Florida, you have to know about this outdoor venue where each person can order what they want, kids can play, and parents can take it all in (maybe even with a fun cocktail!).
There are at least seven different food “shaks” and trucks at The Hub30A offering farm-raised and made from scratch food. (Think fish tacos, burgers, BBQ, and more.) Even better? Prices are reasonable!

Happy hour is from 4-6 pm daily and music usually begins around 6-6:30. Check their Faceook page for details.

Both the adults and children in our group had a blast! We mingled with several other families throughout the night – I even met a DoSayGive fan from Memphis!

Now to my go-to summer OOTD….

I have had these roll-up denim shorts for several years and keep pulling them back out year after year. (I have them in white, too!).

And this white tee is from a newer Dallas company called Southcott. The founder set out to design the perfect white tee to flatter all body types.

It’s definitely an investment type piece (and should be hand washed to keep it’s great shape and to keep it looking fresh) but it’s one that you might really love. My high-low style is great if you like shirts longer in the back (but when you tuck it in you’d never know!).

You can buy Southcott tees at Saint Bernard (free 3-day shipping). They also have free returns if an item doesn’t work. Note Southcott sizing: 0-XS; 1-S; 2-M; 3-L; 4-XL. I wear a “1” in this brand. Each style also comes in black!
