Nesting and home projects and back to school — oh my! August was a busy one in our house, and I’m sure so many of you can relate to that. I was all about getting us back in a routine and getting ready for a new school year, so my favorites this month definitely reflect that! You may have seen me tackle a wallpaper project on Instagram (be sure to give us a follow if you aren’t already!), so I am sharing the tools and wallpaper I used with you here. With school events ramping up, I wanted to make sure I had a few new things to wear without breaking the bank — like this Target blouse, as well as a favorite top from Tuckernuck. There’s really no better time to start getting the house cozy for fall and holiday, so I’m also sharing some of the things I’ve bought to pull our home together. And of course, the Serena & Lily stools I just got for our kitchen!

My latest bargain is the Time & Tru brand cami at Walmart. They are $4 and come in a huge range of colors. So great for layering, TTS, and indiscernible from ones I typically buy at Loft or similar.
