Children’s Bathtime Fun (and Slime!) with Avon

Bathtime fun doesn’t have to just revolve around toys. Today I am partnering with Avon to introduce you to their new kids’ products that are free of parabens and harsh chemicals, but are so FUN to play with! (If your children are obsessed with slime, keep reading!).

Avon Kids Bath & Body line is kid-approved with fun colors and textures but parent-approved in that it’s not made with any phlatates, sulfates, or alcohol. And it is completely hypoallergenic. One of our favorites from the line is the Avon Kids Superfoam Sea Splash Body Wash.

I love that these Avon Kids products are super easy to dispense. I am always trying to get my girls to be more self-sufficient, especially washing their hair and bathing. My husband insists that when I was in the hospital on bed rest they only had to be supervised at bath time (i.e. bathed and shampooed themselves).

But for some reason when I’m around they help with every step: squeezing the shampoo out of the bottle and getting all the suds rinsed out afterward. (#typical) So I love thatAvon’s packaging makes it really easy for kids to DIY at bathtime without pouring the entire product out at once (which is a huge bonus in my book because I hate wasting products!)

Avon’s Kids Triple Threat Shampoo, Conditioner & Detangler was great for my girls but we always use a wet brush to get tangles out before getting out of the bath. Children will thick or curly hair may still need to use a leave-in detangler in addition to this product.

And let’s not forget to talk about the Avon Kids Soapy Slime Body Cleanser! I am admittedly the mean mom who doesn’t let her children make slime in her home. If you are the same way, this slime soap might appease your children a little. My girls giggled nonstop when playing with it.

As much as I don’t like sticky things, I know it’s great for young children to play and feel different textures. No better time than bath time when it can be easily rinsed off when finished!
