Family Beach Vacation Packing List

Because I had so many questions on Instagram during on vacation I put together our family’s packing list, with every clothing item we packed for our trip. Over the years I’ve learned to pack leaner and more intentionally so I hope it’s helpful to see how we mixed and matched and we definitely wore outfits multiple times! 

What I Packed for Me!

 

 

Tops:

Lilly t-shirt (with white shorts or jeans)

Periwinkle tank

White Pom Pom Top

Shorts/Jeans:

Lilly shorts (wear this white pom pom top!)

Seersucker Shorts (wear with white pom pom top for dinner; tank for casual)

White Jean Shorts (wear with Lilly top and tank)

White Jeans  (wear with tunic, tank, and lilly top!)

Dress/Tunics:

Packable Palm Persifor Dress (runs big)

Off the shoulder striped dress (on sale!)

Roberta Rabbit tunic (also a great coverup!)

Swim/Coverups

Checked one-piece // Pink one-piece

White coverup (my mom had this cute white coverup from Target!) // Black coverup

Shoes/Accessories:

Wedge Sandals // Gold flat sandals // White tennies //Pink Tory Burch Flip Flops

Packable hat // Pink Tassel Earrings //Monogrammed Striped Beach Tote (my sister made mine though!)

What I packed for our baby girl:

Dresses/Bubbles

1 – Smocked Auctions dress to coordinate with girls above

1- The Proper Peony dress (sold out but similar here)

1- Smocked Auctions bubble (wish I had brought two!)

1 – Smocked Auctions bloomer set

1- Little English knit set

Swim/Pajamas

3- footed pajamas

2- Swimsuit (Matching Boys) | Funtasia swimsuit

1 – Coverup

Shoes/Accessories/Necessities

1 – Bonnet

1- Reusable Swim Diaper (wish I had brought 2!)

Saltwater Sandals

Disposable Bibs

2- Blankets

Beach Tent (Great price!)

What I packed for my 5 and 8 year old girls:

 

Casual Clothes:

3 Shorts: Funtasia shorts + Boden shorts + Chambray shorts

2 white tops to mix and match: tee + eyelet + one tee

Dinner Clothes:

Matching white seersucker outfits c/o Smocked Auctions  

Lilly Pulitzer dresses 

Swim:

Blue striped ruffle | Pink Ruffle | Strawberry (similar) | Eyelet and Ivy aqua floral

White Terry Coverups (go up at least one or two sizes!) 

Reusable Swim Diaper (wish I had brought 2!)

Shoes/Accessories

Smocked Auctions bows (Got to have the bows!)

White sweaters – A summer essential!!

Monogrammed Baseball hats (hats are essential and these so cute!)

* I totally forgot their Saltwater sandals but it was great because my five year old wore her Native Mary Janes to the beach and to dinner  – light packing indeed!

Tennis Shoes

 

What I packed for my 11 year old:

Casual Clothes:

3 – Monogrammed t-shirts

3 – Shorts (1 gym shorts + white shorts + 1 chambray)

1- eyelet top

1- pair J.Crew patterned shorts

Swim:

Vineyard Vines tankini (Matching Rash Guard) 

White Terry Coverup (for size reference she’s wearing a size 14-16 and is normally a size 12) 

Target swimsuit (not my first choice in pattern but fits our modesty standards – and she LOVES it!) 

Dinner Clothes: 

Vineyard Vines top with white shorts for dinner

One dress

Shoes

Jack Rogers

Target Flip Flops

Adidas

Flamingo Float

1 Pair of Khaki shorts

1 Pair of Performance Gray Shorts

Shirts:

1 Vineyard Vines button down
