As a teacher and a mom, I can say that this is an AWESOME post! I love the idea of consumable items that aren't edible (lotions, special soaps, etc.). The best gift I ever received was a gift card paired with 2 Deborah Lippman nail polishes. This showed that my students (and their family) were not only generous but that they really knew me! I love to get my nails done and always have a fresh manicure, so it was really fun to see that they had picked out some colors they thought I would like. That said, a hand-written note sent alone or with a gift is one of the most gratifying gifts for a teacher to receive. It makes me feel seen and heard. Thank you for another great guide, Lee!
