					<description><![CDATA[Love this pork tenderloin - and so do the kids!  Brought to us by a friend after baby #2 - enjoy!

Herb-Roasted Pork Tenderloin

¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup oil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp rubbed sage
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 ½ lb. pork tenderloin

Stir together all ingredients, except the pork, in a shallow dish.  Prick pork with a fork, place in large zip-lock bag, and pour marinade over it.  Let it marinate 30 minutes at room temperature or for 2 hours in the refrigerator.  Remove tenderloin and discard marinade.   Bake on a roasting pan for 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until meat thermometer until registers 160 degrees.]]></description>
