I’ve had to return a $69. plastic cosmetic pouch twice now because they could not manage to print the monogram in a straight line with even spacing between the initials. When your core business is monogrammed gift items, one would think you could get the monograms right. Pathetic. And now don’t have the birthday gift I ordered a month ago. I will never buy from them again and suggest you save yourself the heartbreak and avoid Mark & Graham like the plague.
